How We're Using AI
At GimmeCredit, we understand our Expert Advisors (EA) are central to the success of our Participants. While EAs offer invaluable industry knowledge, personalized feedback, and guidance, we also recognize the importance of providing them with the tools and support they need to excel. Just as we introduced AI to assist our Participants, we’re leveraging AI to support our Advisors in meaningful ways, enhancing the experience for everyone involved.
One of the initial challenges we faced was our EAs were frequently fielding Participant questions about their portfolio project. While these interactions were helpful, they sometimes led to delays and took valuable time away from deeper, strategic conversations.
The introduction of our AI-powered Advisor alleviated this issue. By providing Participants with immediate, personalized feedback at critical moments, our AI tool reduces these inquiries. EAs are now able to provide practical guidance, making their time with Participants richer and more impactful.
Enhancing Advisor Insights with AI-Driven Analysis
The benefit of incorporating AI into our process doesn’t stop with Participants. It directly supports our human EAs by providing valuable insights into Participant progress. When a Participant submits their completed work (such as their project draft, portfolio, online profile, and resume), we use AI for an initial review, offering EAs an analysis highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities to further tailor their support.
This means EAs can enter feedback sessions fully prepared, equipped with data-driven insights to quickly pinpoint where a Participant might need targeted support or deeper discussions. The result is higher-quality interactions that efficiently address Participant needs, ensuring their conversations are meaningful.

For example; “Encourage Huey to clarify his target audience, and discuss which format would best fit his skill set and the project’s goals.” during their next interaction.

One of the most important parts of the GimmeCredit experience is the final one-on-one session between the Participant and their Expert Advisor, designed to prepare Participants for job search and interview activities. Using AI tools to provide EAs with a summary of each Participant achievements, allows their EA to focus the conversations and the specific areas to discuss.
By reducing the time spent on preparation, EAs can focus on deeper, strategic discussions, helping Participants feel confident and well-prepared as they take the next step in their career transition journey.
