How We're Using AI
At GimmeCredit, we’re always looking for ways to make the participant experience smoother and more efficient. One area where we saw participants struggling was in getting started with their project ideas. As part of our program, participants are required to develop a project that will eventually be added to their online portfolio. But figuring out what to work on can be a challenge, especially when they’re trying to translate their prior experience into a solution.
Initially, participants would email us or their Expert Advisor to ask for guidance on how to shape their project idea, resulting in a bit of back-and-forth as we worked with them to hone in on a meaningful and actionable project concept. While this was great for building personal relationships and offering tailored feedback, it also created delays, leaving participants to wait for responses that could slow their progress.
Involving AI needed to provide value to all involved
To solve this problem and enhance the overall experience, we introduced an AI-powered Advisor that provides immediate, personalized feedback to participants. The AI Advisor is embedded in the learning path and ready to help participants at any point during their project development. Whether they’re stuck on choosing a project or need guidance on refining their idea, the AI Advisor offers prompt, contextual feedback that directly ties into what they’ve already learned earlier in the program.

Scenario: Huey, who works as a pharmaceutical rep in the healthcare industry wasn’t sure where to start on his project. The AI Advisor guided him through the process of identifying the who, why, what, and how of his project based on the experiences he already had in the healthcare industry, as well some of the tools he could use.
This AI-powered solution has not only saved time for our participants but also lightened the load for our Expert Advisors, allowing them to focus on more complex issues while the AI takes care of the foundational guidance. By combining the structured learning path with personalized, AI-driven support, participants get the structured learning, with the freedom to develop their ideas and move at their own pace.
